Emails are not being received from the Omni Notifier after adding SMTP2GO as server

Verify settings per documentation in PC-Access, also have them log into SMTP2GO.com dashboard and check to see if any emails have been sent, if not access the settings and users (box on top right hand corner of the dashboard) and see if a user is added, if there is none have them add and then test
