SnapLink Apps will not connect when the Mobile Device is on 3/4G

Devices can connect when on any WiFi network, whether in the home or on a remote WiFi network, such as a coffee shop but not when the mobile device is on 3G or 4G. Check as to whether Mobile Data is turned off for the device, either globally, or for iOS devices, either globally or for the SnapLink app only.
